In the twelve months before the date above, we collect the following categories.

We do not sell your personal information
We do not sell personal information, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
We do use Google Analytics. Depending on how the law is read, analytics that involve a third party can amount to “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising. We have switched off Google advertising signals and enabled IP anonymization, and you can turn analytics off entirely using the link below.

How to make a request
Write to privacy@intuitago.com with enough detail for us to find your records. We will confirm receipt within ten business days and respond within forty-five calendar days, extending once by a further forty-five days where the request is complex.
We will verify your identity in proportion to the sensitivity of the request. An authorized agent may act for you with written permission.
Who we share information with
These are service providers under the CCPA. They may use the information only to perform services for us.
- Netlify, Inc. — website hosting and server logs
- Google LLC — Google Analytics and Google Fonts
How long we keep it
- Server logs: 30 days
- Enquiry data where you do not become a client: 12 months from last contact
- Client records: for the life of the engagement and as long as tax and contract law requires
- Google Analytics data: 14 months
Automated calls
If you ask for the demonstration from the form on this website, you will receive a single call placed by an automated system, which identifies itself as automated at the start. By submitting the form you give prior express consent to receive that call at the number you provide, including where it is placed with an automatic telephone dialing system or an artificial or prerecorded voice.
