This notice explains what personal data we collect through this website, why we collect it and what rights you have. It is written under the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
Who we are
Wendy Lombardi, trading as IntuitaGo, Via Belleguardo 18, Brescia, Italy, Italian VAT no. 04810070989.
IntuitaGo is the trading name of a sole trader registered in Italy. The data controller is the individual named above.

We have not appointed a Data Protection Officer: our processing does not meet the thresholds in Article 37 of the UK GDPR. If that changes, this notice will be updated.
What we collect

Cookies
Under regulation 6 of the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations, we ask for your consent before setting any non-essential cookie. Until you choose, Google Analytics is not loaded and no analytics cookie is written.
The cookie policy, linked at the foot of every page, lists each cookie. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time.
Who we share data with
We do not sell your data. We use suppliers who process it on our behalf under Article 28 contracts.

International transfers
Some suppliers are based outside the UK. Those transfers rely on the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework where the supplier is certified, and otherwise on the International Data Transfer Agreement or the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
You can ask us for a copy of the safeguards in place.
How long we keep it
- Server logs: 30 days
- Enquiry data where you do not become a client: 12 months from last contact
- Client records: for the life of the engagement and six years afterwards, to meet statutory and tax obligations
- Google Analytics data: 14 months, per the retention setting we have selected
Your rights
- Access to your data and a copy of it
- Rectification of anything inaccurate or incomplete
- Erasure, where the conditions are met
- Restriction of processing
- Portability of data we hold on consent or contract
- Objection to processing based on legitimate interests
- Withdrawal of consent at any time, without affecting processing already carried out
Complaints
If you believe we have handled your data unlawfully, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office, Wycliffe House, Water Lane, Wilmslow, Cheshire SK9 5AF, or through ico.org.uk. We would rather you came to us first, so we can put it right.
Automated calls
If you request the demonstration from the form on this website, you will receive a single call placed by an automated system, which states that it is automated at the start of the conversation. The call rests on the consent you give in the form. You can opt out at any time and the number is removed permanently.

We may update this notice. The date at the top shows the last revision.
